North Hollywood Teen Program
Our Teen Program for ages 14 to 18 helps teens prepare for their future while building confidence, independence, and real-world skills. The program features College & Career classes, guest speakers, life skills, job readiness, and interactive workshops that expose teens to new opportunities and help them plan for life after high school. During the summer, teens can also participate in our Counselors in Training (CIT) Program, gaining hands-on leadership and work experience.
North Hollywood Pre-Teens
Our Preteen Program for ages 11 to 13 provides a fun, supportive, and engaging space where young people can build confidence, develop important life skills, and connect with their peers. The program features study skills, boxing, cooking, Teen Talk, social skills clubs, and music classes, giving preteens opportunities to explore their interests, learn new skills, build positive relationships, and prepare for the transition into their teenage years.

North Hollywood Youth Program at Lankershim Arts
Our After-School Enrichment Program at the Lankershim Arts Center provides students with a safe, fun, and creative place to learn and grow after school. Students can explore their interests through engaging enrichment classes in music, theater, art, and dance, while building confidence, creativity, and new skills. The program also provides homework assistance and snacks, creating a supportive environment where students can learn, connect, and have fun.

Van Nuys Teen Program
Our Van Nuys Teen Program for ages 12 to 18 combines music, fitness, and future readiness in a fun and engaging environment. With the energy of a music school and gym combined, teens can develop their talents through our strong music program and teen band, build strength and confidence through boxing, and prepare for their next steps through College & Career programming. It’s a place for teens to create, perform, train, connect, and prepare for their future.

Vaughn High School College & Career
Our Vaughn High School College & Career Program provides weekly, engaging classes taught directly on campus in the classrooms at Vaughn High School in Pacoima. Through practical lessons and interactive activities, students gain real-world knowledge and skills to help prepare them for life after high school, including college and career exploration, job readiness, financial literacy, and essential life skills, while receiving support as they plan and prepare for their next steps.

Young Adult / TAY Program
Our TAY Program for ages 18 to 24 provides mentorship and support as young adults navigate adulthood and build independence. Through our Youth at Work Partnership with Goodwill, participants receive help with job readiness, resumes, interviews, financial literacy, and life coaching, along with practical support for the everyday challenges of “adulting.”

Parent Programming & Support
Our Parent & Family Support Program strengthens families through parent workshops that provide practical tools, resources, and parenting skills. Families can also access monthly food pantries, holiday assistance, community giveaways, and additional support during times of hardship, helping parents and families feel supported, connected, and equipped to thrive.

Summer Camp
Our 7-Week Academic Summer Camp makes learning fun through engaging activities in reading, writing, math, science, history, geography, and career exploration, along with exciting weekly field trips. High school students can also participate as Counselors in Training (CITs), gaining valuable leadership and hands-on experience while helping lead and support younger campers.
Registration starts in 2027Start with an instrument
Guitar, drums, piano, keys. Students learn from mentors who have played for decades, practice on instruments waiting for them on site, and work toward one night in June when the whole community shows up to watch.
Instruments are provided on site. The June Showcase is 26 years running.
Wednesdays are for dancing
Movement, confidence, performance. Dance class builds all three, and every routine gets its moment on the showcase stage in front of a full crowd.
Homework first. Then the fun stuff.
Every afternoon starts with homework help and a healthy snack, so the work is done before parents get off shift. Then the tables fill up: science experiments, coding, drawing, and whatever a kid is curious about that week.

See the future up close
Our teens do not just hear about careers. They practice clinical skills in the Cedars-Sinai simulation lab, walk the Black College Expo, and sit with mentors to plan what comes after 18. HBCU Night is a tradition.
Ages 8 to 24. The older they get, the bigger the doors.
The whole city is the classroom
The LA Zoo, the California Science Center, Dodger Stadium, a working fire station. Field trips go all over Los Angeles, and for many of our kids it is the first visit.

Summer camp, when school’s out
Academic mornings so nobody slides backward, then a summer of field trips: Underwood Farms, Castaic Lake, the science center, the fire station. Same staff, same names, all summer long.
